BSYC Boat Length Approval Form

CLOA: Combined Length Overall is measured from the tip of the bow to the straight line along the stern. This is to include outboard motors, brackets, rudders, bow attachments, swim platforms and ladders that are not a part of the molded hull.

This CLOA Approval Form is to be filled out and submitted to the BSYC Board of Directors for consideration and approval, in the following circumstances:

A BSYC Member is purchasing a new boat.

A BSYC Member is selling their slip, therefore the prospective new buyer/ new BSYC Member needs to submit their boat information.

A BSYC Member is renting their slip for the season. All seasonal renters boats must be approved by the BSYC Board of Director's prior to the seasonal renter placing their boat in the slip.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the form to be reviewed by the Board.

Boat Lengths and Beam (width) need to be approved by the BSYC Board Members.
These measurements play a crucial role in ensuring that the boat fits properly within the slip and can be accommodated safely and efficiently.
