Instructions for selling your boat slip at BSYC:
- Submit Purchase and Sale Agreement
Email a copy of the signed Purchase and Sale Agreement to Secretary@bsycmeredith.org. - Submit Combined Length Overall (CLOA) Form
The prospective buyer must complete a CLOA Form, located on the home page, and email it to Secretary@bsycmeredith.org. - Insurance Requirements
The buyer must provide proof of valid insurance coverage for the vessel listed on the CLOA Form. - Board Review and Approval
The Board of Directors will review the submitted Purchase and Sale Agreement and CLOA Form and insurance documentation.
Following review, the Board will issue the Right of First Refusal document, which is required for all BSYC sales. - Realtor or Title Company Requests
All documentation requests from the realtor or title company must be submitted at least five (5) business days before the scheduled closing to ensure adequate processing time.
